Ingredients
1 large head of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
1 large avocado, washed and sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, washed and halved
1 cucumber, washed, quartered and sliced
4 boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
8 boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
1 pound cooked salmon or protein of choice
1/4 cup green onions, washed and sliced (for garnish)
New Seasons Market Buttermilk Ranch Dressing or a dressing of choice
Salt and pepper to taste

On a large platter or in a shallow bowl, layer the lettuce as a base.
