Ingredients
Blue Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon buttermilk
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/2 cup blue cheese, finely crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
Salad
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, washed and halved
1 large head of iceberg lettuce, washed and cut into 4 wedges
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled ¼ cup chives, washed and sliced (for garnish)
Pickled Onions (for topping)
