Ingredients
4 New Seasons Market Jacobsen's Salt & Pepper Beef & Pork Burger Patties
4 New Seasons Market Brioche Buns
Arugula, washed
8 bacon slices, cooked
Sun-Dried Tomato Goat Cheese Spread
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
1 teaspoon oil, reserved from sun-dried tomato jar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, peeled and halved
8 ounces fresh goat cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

                                                Pre-heat grill.
 - 
                                                Mix goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, oil, lemon, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl until combined and set aside.

                                                Grill burgers (flipping once) to 155°F for 15 seconds, or 160°F.
 - 
                                                Remove burgers from the grill and let rest on a plate.
 - 
                                                Spread sun-dried tomato goat cheese mixture on each bun. Add the burger patties, arugula, bacon, and any other toppings you'd like. Enjoy!
